Start with our Beginner On-Boarding Session
If you’re new to CrossFit, barbell movements, or functional fitness, we’ll get you set up the right way.
This session teaches foundational lifts, proper form, and how to move safely and confidently in class.

After your first session:
Additional technique sessions are available for $75 if you want more focused coaching before joining group classes.

If you’ve done CrossFit or consistent barbell training before, you can jump right into any of our group classes.
We’ll have you shadow a coach for a quick movement check and get you plugged into the community fast.
You’re ready if you’re familiar with:

Basic gymnastics (pull-ups, push-ups, burpees)

Standard CrossFit workout flow
Prefer to train on your own schedule and follow your own programming? Our Open Gym membership gives you full access to the facility, equipment, and environment without needing to join group classes.
